Machine park

The machine tools which we work on are equipped with a CNC system, i.e. Computerized Numerical Control. Their construction is similar to that of conventional machine tools. What distinguishes them is the computer steering option, which allows to control the units responsible for machining, turning and milling. The directions of movement of machine tool parts with a CNC control system are determined by a coordinate system, which relates to the workpiece and consists of axes, lying parallel to the rectilinear movements of the main machine movements. The movements of individual machine tool parts (table, tool sledge, etc.) necessary for machining are calculated, steered and controlled by an internal computer. For each direction of movement there is a separate measurement system, detecting the current position of the parts and passing it to an internal computer for control.
